your child’s place at camp, please fill out this application below
and mail payment or print out this form to mail along with your
payment to:

Cheques and
money orders accepted, please write your child’s name on the cheque
or money order. Once this has been received, a confirmation of
registration will be sent to you via email. Our camper package will
also be emailed to you and includes a list of what to bring to camp,
directions to the camp and a health waiver form that should be
mailed back to us.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Campers who
cancel before June 1st 2007 will be refunded their payment less
$100.00 administration fee. All cancellations after June 1st 2007
will have all payments credited towards the campers own tuition fee
for the following year.
