We are located 4 hours North of Toronto, Ontario, Canada and 30 minutes West of Sudbury, Ontario, Canada.  Click here for map and directions to the camp.

Flight information

To make flight arrangements book flights to Toronto, Ontario then book a connecting flight to Sudbury, Ontario.  We offer airport pick-ups and drop-offs at the Sudbury Airport at no extra cost.  The number for air Canada is 1-888-247-2262 and their website is www.aircanada.ca. Air Canada offers a Child accompaniment program which is needed for children under the age of 12 flying alone and is also helpful for all children flying alone.   Please send the receipt of your child’s accompaniment payment and all pertinent flight information with your child to camp for their return flight.  All flight information and passports are kept in the office.  Once campers arrive at camp from the airport, parents will be called and be notified of their safe arrival. 

Please email all flight information to the camp as soon as possible.

The Tuck Shop

There is a $30CAN and $25US tuck shop fee charged for each week attended at camp.  Campers will have their choice of snacks such as chips, chocolate bars, ice cream etc…twice daily. Hockey jersey and picture dvd also included. This can be paid on camp registration day.

Camper Mail

The best ways to guarantee your child receiving mail during their stay with us is to prewrite mail and give it to staff on registration day.  Parents can also send emails to troy@adventurenorthhockey.com

Weekend Stay Over Program

Campers staying for more than one week will participate in our weekend stay over program at no extra cost.  Laundry and skate sharpening included.

Calling Home

Campers staying longer than one week can call home on the weekends after their hockey game on Saturday.  Please send calling cards with calling instructions for campers.

Sending Extra Money

All campers’ money will be kept in the office. On the weekend campers staying on extra weeks will be brought to a general store to buy some of their favorite treats. Campers can also purchase camp clothes.

Parents who would like to come to the arena during the week

From our experience, we have found that parents that come to the rink during the week, their children tend to be homesick more often.  Also other campers are reminded of their parents not being there.
